# Integrate TelaviOneChatAI with Elevio CRM

> This page contains the stepwise tutorial for integrating TelaviOneChatAI with Elevio CRM.

## Overview

This guide walks you through connecting TelaviOneChatAI with Elevio CRM in 5 steps — from logging in and finding your API credentials, to mapping parameters and testing your first lead.

## Step 1: Access the Elevio Integration in TelaviOneChatAI

1. Log in to your TelaviOneChatAI account.
2. Select the bot you want to integrate and click on the **"Integrate"** tab.
3. Go to the **"All Integrations"** tab.
4. Find **Elevio CRM** by scrolling the list or searching **"Elevio"** in the search bar.
5. Click the **"Connect"** button.
6. You will be prompted to enter:
   * **API Key**
   * **Access Token**

Both are obtained from your Elevio account (see Step 2).

## Step 2: Get Your API Key and Access Token from Elevio

1. Log in to your Elevio account.
2. Hover over the **Settings** icon in the bottom-left corner and click **"API Keys"**.
3. If no API key exists, click **"Create API Key"**, enter a description (e.g., *"API Key for TelaviOneChatAI"*), and click **"Generate API Key"**.
4. Click **"View Key & Token"** and copy your **API Key** and **Access Token**.

## Step 3: Connect Elevio to TelaviOneChatAI

1. Enter the **API Key** and **Access Token** in TelaviOneChatAI.
2. Click **"Connect"**.
3. If entered correctly, you will see: **"Integrated Successfully."**

## Step 4: Map Parameters

1. Map the **Elevio fields** to the corresponding questions in your TelaviOneChatAI chatbot flow.
2. Use the **"+ Add Parameters"** button to add more field mappings.

**Example:** Map the question *"Please provide your name?"* to Elevio's **Name** field. This ensures the user's response is sent to the correct field in Elevio.

  Questions are auto-fetched from your bot's chat flow. Make sure your chat flow is configured before setting up mappings.

3. Once all fields are mapped correctly, you will see: **"Mapping Successfully."**
4. The Elevio integration will show as **"Installed"** in the integrations list.

## Step 5: Test Your Integration

Create a dummy lead on your bot. The lead should appear in both your TelaviOneChatAI dashboard and your Elevio CRM account.

## Troubleshooting

If the dummy lead is not appearing in Elevio, check the following:

* **Wrong Authorization Details** — Verify that the API Key and Access Token are entered correctly.
* **Wrong Mapping Setup** — Ensure all mandatory Elevio fields are mapped to the correct TelaviOneChatAI questions.
* **Subscription** — Integrations are only available on paid plans. Verify your current subscription.
