# Bot Settings FAQs

> This section contains all FAQs related to the Bot Settings.

  <Accordion title="How to change the bot's position on the website?">
    1. Navigate to **Bots**.
    2. Select the bot you want to configure.
    3. Go to the **Bot Settings** tab.
    4. Click on the **Design** tab. Here you can customize the position of your chatbot on both desktop and mobile.

  <Accordion title="How to disable desktop notifications?">
    1. Navigate to **Bot Settings** and open the **Alerts** tab.
    2. Check if you have subscribed to desktop notifications.
    3. If yes, open your browser's website settings by clicking the **lock icon** in the top left of your browser.
    4. Click to open the settings and locate the notifications option.
    5. Disable notifications — you will no longer receive them.

    <Note>
      This action will not disable live chat request notifications.

  <Accordion title="How can I change the messaging shown when customers click &#x22;Talk to Live Agent&#x22;?">
    **Changing the Live Chat Button Text**

    1. Navigate to **Bot Settings → Chat Window** under **Website Chatbot Settings**.
    2. Locate **"Display Name for Transferring to Live/Agent Chat"** and edit the field with your preferred text.

    **Changing the Waiting Message**

    You can update the waiting message (e.g., *"Usual reply time: 2 to 3 minutes"*) from the same **Chat Window** settings section.

  <Accordion title="How can I edit the name of my chatbot?">
    1. Navigate to the bot you want to rename from the side menu.
    2. On the bot management page, locate the top section showing **"Getting Started - \[Current Bot Name]"**.
    3. Click the **edit icon** next to the bot's name.
    4. Enter the new name in the pop-up that appears.
    5. Save your changes — the chatbot will be updated with the new name.
