# Onboarding FAQs

> This section deals with key FAQs regarding user onboarding to TelaviOneChatAI.

    If you haven't received your verification link, check the following:

    * Check your spam or junk folder.
    * You can regenerate a new link after 30 seconds by clicking the **Resend** button on the verification page.

    You can regenerate a new verification link after 30 seconds since the last request by clicking the **Resend** button on the verification page.

  <Accordion title="What are conversational landing pages?">
    Conversational landing pages are interactive web pages for organizations that do not have a proper website. The landing page can ask questions, collect information, and provide information to visitors. Conversational landing pages can help drive four times more conversions than a basic landing page.

  <Accordion title="What is a live chatbot or live chat widget?">
    A traditional chatbot answers questions based on a predefined set of answers. In contrast, a live chatbot works with a support agent alongside predefined answers, adding empathy and a higher level of customer assistance. The main benefit is that your support team can take over anytime the conversation becomes complex.

  <Accordion title="How to upload a custom chatbot icon and color?">
    1. Log in to TelaviOneChatAI using your registered credentials.
    2. On your dashboard or side navigation panel under **Bots**, you can see your existing bots or create a new one.
    3. Select any bot or click the **Edit** icon to open the Bot Setup screen.
    4. Select **Bot Settings** and navigate to the **Design** tab.
    5. You will see the option to change the **Bot Icon** along with other design settings.
    6. Upload a new icon by clicking the **Upload** icon or selecting from available avatars.
    7. Once selected, click **Save Changes**.
    8. To change the bot's color, choose your preferred colors from **Theme Color** and **Chat Background Color**.

      Any changes to the bot reflect within 15 minutes. For immediate changes, navigate to the **General** tab, click **Invalidate Cache**, and save.

  <Accordion title="What is a Facebook bot, and how does it help?">
    A Facebook Bot is the integration of your Facebook Business Page with TelaviOneChatAI. Once active, TelaviOneChatAI enables you to run a pre-programmed flow on your Facebook Page Messenger — sending automated messages to people commenting on your posts, collecting leads, and more.

  <Accordion title="How to get the WhatsApp Business API key?">
    The WhatsApp Business API key is the access key for your WhatsApp Business API account. It enables you to access messages, manage your WhatsApp profile, and use many more features on the TelaviOneChatAI platform. This key will be available once your number has been whitelisted and approved for a WhatsApp Business API account by Meta.

  <Accordion title="What is a Telegram bot token?">
    A Telegram bot token is an authentication key issued by Telegram. It enables you to access messages sent to your Telegram bot, manage contacts, and use many more features on the TelaviOneChatAI platform.

  <Accordion title="How to create a new Telegram bot token?">
    1. Open Telegram and search for `@BotFather`.
    2. BotFather is Telegram's official bot that issues API keys for all Telegram bots.
    3. Type the command `/newbot`. It will ask for your bot's name.
    4. Enter a name — a message will appear with your API key and other details. Copy and save them for future use.
